Owner

Ana Hyler, owner of Properties For You oversees management of the company. Ana started this company in 2006 with a passion for helping Lincoln residents with their property needs. When not at the office, Ana can be found thinking of more business ideas.

GISELLE GAMBA

Operations Director

Giselle Gamba, operations director oversees management of the properties. She sets goals, establishes timelines and guidelines, and implements company standards and policies. Giselle has a passion for helping people in need and traveling to warm tropical places.

FLOR PEYRAT

Executive Assistant

Flor Peyrat manages all tenant relations, facility maintenance, and oversight of rental finances. She specializes in Hospitality Management and also oversees our short-term rentals. Outside of work Flor enjoys spending time with her two kids and rewatching Harry Potter for the 100th time. 

CHRIS POWELL

Marketing Director

Chris Powell is our Marketing Director and resident IT professional for Properties for You. Atypically found in the office, loves cats and travel.
